The technology is not patented by any of the major companies; Agfa, Kodak, Fuji etc.
Standard equipment for manufacturing positive plates can be used for the manufacture of the product, with no engineering modifications and no extra off-line heating.
The finished plates have no restrictions on storage temperature.
The plates are compatible with both Agfa and Kodak developers.
Many thousands of plates have already been manufactured with this technology and used successfully by customers.
Currently the technology is being used in China where successful CTP plates have been in production since August 2006.
